5. Payment and Refunds
‍All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change. By purchasing a SlimReset program you agree to the posted fees and billing policies at the time of purchase.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion and are subject to any terms set forth in the Refund Policy. Once a program has begun, or once prescribed products have been delivered, refunds may not be available.

7. No Guarantees
‍While many clients experience positive outcomes, individual results may vary. SlimReset does not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes. Factors such as compliance, existing medical conditions, and individual biology can all impact results.

8. User Responsibility
‍You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the SlimReset program and assume all responsibility for your health choices, including the decision to use any recommendations, supplements, or lifestyle changes provided through the program.You agree to release SlimReset Inc., its staff, affiliates, and partners from liability for any injuries, health outcomes, or damages arising from your participation in the program

‍These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Calgary. Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms
‍SlimReset reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
